By using the Website or the Content you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set forth below, at the time of your use of the Website or the Content. The Company may restrict or revoke your access to the Website or the Content if you violate these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonweath of Pennsylvania, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for the resolution of any disputes.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and the Content, in full or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination of your access to the Website or Content, you will be no longer authorized to access the part of the Website or Content affected by such cancellation or termination. Any such restrictions will continue to apply indefinitely unless or until removed by the Company, in its sole discretion..

This Privacy Policy is hereby made part of the Terms and Conditions, even if it is published separately on the Website.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, processes and distributes your information, including Personal Data (as defined below) used in connection with the Website. The Company will not use or share your information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through the Website willl be limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy on the Website at any time without notice. In the event of a material change, the Company will let you know via email and / or a prominent notice on the Website.

Personal Data that may be collected. The Company collects personal information from you so that we can provide services and information to you.  Only the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill obligations to you will be collected.  The Company may collect:

  1.  Name and an email address so you can receive the Company’s newsletter, through a contact form on the Website where you opt in to receiving marketing emails.

  2. Billing information including name, address, phone number, and credit card information, so that the Company can process payment to deliver products or services to you that you purchase on or through the Website.

  3. Personal Data from you from a co-branded offer.  In this case, the Company will clearly indicate which party is collecting the information and whose privacy policy applies (which could be both parties).

Other data that may be collected includes anonymous data and the Company’s use of “cookies.” To maintain the Website's quality, the Company may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with its server and to administer the Website by identifying which areas of the Website are most heavily used, and to display content according to your preferences. Your IP address cannot personally identify you, but it helps the Company with marketing and improving its services. The Company’s IP data collection does not follow your activities on any other websites in any way. The Company may share this anonymous IP address and use data may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate basis.

Create and Publish Targeted Social Media Advertisements. The Company may use the Personal Data data you provide to it to run social media advertisements and other advertising purposes.

Share with Third Parties. The Company may share your information with trusted third parties such as a newsletter provider (to contact you via email),  merchant accounts (to process payments),  Google/ social media accounts (to run advertisements), and affiliates.

Not Prevent Viewing by Others. Please note that any time you voluntarily make your Personal Data available for viewing by others online through the Website (including through a FaceBook group or group coaching or webinar event via Zoom or other video conferencing software), it may be seen, collected and used by others.  In those cases, the Company cannot be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information that you voluntarily share.

Notify You of Changes to the Website, Content, or this Privacy Policy. The Company may use your Personal Data, such as your contact information, to inform you of changes to the Website or the content, or, if requested, to send you additional information about the Company.  

The Company Protects Personal Data in Storage and Transmission.

Personal Data that you provide to the Company is stored internally or through a data management system. Your Personal Data will only be accessed by those who work with it or manage it to provide you services and products, or those parties that have a legitimate need to know such Personal Data (i.e., a hosting provider, newsletter provider, payment processors, etc.).

The Company may transfer data internationally. For users in the European Union, please be aware that the Company transfers Personal Data outside of the European Union. By using the Website and providing your Personal Data to the Company through the Website, you consent to these transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

The Company will retain your Personal Data for at least the minimum amount of time necessary to provide you with the information and/or services that you request. Certain Personal Data may be kept for longer periods of time if necessary for legal, contractual and accounting obligations.   1. Request information about how your Personal Data is being used and request a copy of what Personal Data the Company uses.

  2. Correct or erase Personal Data and receive confirmation of the correction or erasure.

The Company uses reasonable efforts to make sure data processors are GDPR- compliant.
