One on One Coaching

If you’re looking for something private and completely tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 health and wellness coaching may be right for you. Book a free consultation today to discuss options.

Program includes:
10 sessions over 3 months or 20 sessions over 6 months, via Zoom. All US timezones.

  • Initial 90-minute session in which we take a comprehensive dive into your current lifestyle habits and start planning your wellness path. 

  • Remaining sessions (50 minutes each; virtual). 

  • Email support (24 -hour response time) as needed between appointments.

  • The 3-month package is great for you if you already know one or two areas where you would like to make healthy habit changes and need assistance implementing and sustaining your change efforts.

  • The 6-month package is great for you if you have a larger gap between your current level of health and wellness and your goals, or if you seek improvements in several lifestyle areas. 

  • When subsequent packages are purchased, all sessions will be 50 minutes.

  • Price: $1,200 for 3 months; $2,300 for 6 months.

Chapter 3 Book Club

I have found that even the best wellness books often have an overly ambitious implementation plan that calls for too much change in too little time. The plans are too hard as written, and many people simply quit when the going gets tough.

What if there were a way to make the next bestselling health and wellness book become a real blueprint for sustainable change?

Chapter 3 Book Club is a unique concept that pairs my group coaching expertise with the idea of a book club—reading and working through the book together. I choose health and wellness books authored by experts in the fields of longevity, menopause, diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and overall wellness. The goal is to make the lifestyle changes described in these books in a way, and on a timeline, that works for you. 

With Chapter 3 Bookclub, I will guide group discussion, provide clarity around the concepts, and give space for exploration of the material. We will use the power of the group to break down the implementation plan into more manageable steps, develop strategies for success, provide accountability, and support each other as we work through the author’s suggested changes together in a way (and at a pace) you can actually work into your life. Each participant can go at her own pace.

Here’s how it works:

  • I will announce a new Chapter 3 Book Club selection on my website, through my newsletter, and on Instagram (@HealthCoachJoanMancing).  

  • Participants will read the book (provided by me), at least skimming it before sessions start.  

  • We will meet (virtually)  weekly for a set number of weeks for group coaching and discussion. 

  • Spaces are limited to better enable discussion.

Here’s what you get:

  • One 30-minute private coaching session with me prior to the start of the sessions;

  • Weekly group coaching sessions;

  • An email check-in part-way through;

  • Another 30-minute private coaching session at the end of the series.

  • Private FaceBook or WhatsApp group so that you can connect with others and continue the discussions beyond our formal time together. Participants can be located in any US timezone.

Group Coaching

Group coaching series can be from 3 to 12 sessions, typically meeting weekly, either in-person or via Zoom. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes each.

Wellness workshops. I deliver half and full day workshops, either in person or virtually. Content ranges across health and wellness topics of interest to women over 40. Workshops are a great way to get a lot of information and ideas quickly, to jump-start your wellness plans, and to keep motivation high.  All workshops will be advertised on my website, in my newsletter, and on Instagram (@HealthCoachJoanMancing).
