This Privacy Policy is hereby made part of the Terms and Conditions, even if it is published separately on the Website.
This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, processes and distributes your information, including Personal Data (as defined below) used in connection with the Website. The Company will not use or share your information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through the Website willl be limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy on the Website at any time without notice. In the event of a material change, the Company will let you know via email and / or a prominent notice on the Website.

Notify You of Changes to the Website, Content, or this Privacy Policy. The Company may use your Personal Data, such as your contact information, to inform you of changes to the Website or the content, or, if requested, to send you additional information about the Company.
The Company Protects Personal Data in Storage and Transmission.
Personal Data that you provide to the Company is stored internally or through a data management system. Your Personal Data will only be accessed by those who work with it or manage it to provide you services and products, or those parties that have a legitimate need to know such Personal Data (i.e., a hosting provider, newsletter provider, payment processors, etc.).
The Company may transfer data internationally. For users in the European Union, please be aware that the Company transfers Personal Data outside of the European Union. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Data and the names and addresses of those businesses with which the Company shared your Personal Data for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2025 will receive information regarding such activities in 2024).
