I launched Chapter 3 Wellness to help women (like myself) who are over 40 and feel like our bodies have flipped the script on us, serving up new realities—such as weight gain or trouble losing weight, poor sleep, fatigue, aches and pains, shifting body shape, loss of strength, a racing mind out of nowhere, discomfort from hot flashes—that don’t respond to old tactics. Does any of this sound familiar?
