Join me as we explore Dr. Wright’s latest guide to nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits that are designed to help women age powerfully and healthily, through menopause and everything that comes after.
Vonda Wright, MD is a double-board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience treating patients and educating women on joint health, aging, longevity, and building the right lifestyle habits to maximize women’s health spans. She is also in high demand as a speaker on these topics. Together, using Unbreakable, we will explore Dr. Wright’s advice and action steps for achieving stronger muscles and bones, increased mobility, lifelong independence, and a new (positive) mentality about how we age.
